Group Workouts
Our professional-level workouts ensure our athletes build strength, speed, and conditioning, but most importantly have a blast while doing it.

Individual workout: $25
Weekly prepay: $80

Small Group Shooting & Stickhandling
Small group shooting (4 shooters max), with both Alec and Carlos coaching to ensure the perfect mix of technique, repetition and fun. Bring a teammate, or a friend along, to share a shooting lane with.
Single classes: $60
Two class prepay: $110
Three class prepay: $150

Private Shooting
One on One shooting lessons with Alec or Carlos. Please contact us with any questions or interest. Limited availability.

Options being 30 minute sessions or 55 minute sessions.

Friday
Fridays are reserved for private lessons and small group shooting. We encourage kids to try small group shooting first as it gives them the opportunity to get feedback from two coaches during a single session.
The times above are the preferred times we will be having our classes. If there is a better time that works for families please reach out to us and we will try to accommodate schedules.
My name is Alec Baer, from
St. Louis Park Minnesota. I have been playing professional hockey for six years. I have won two championships with the Peoria Rivermen, and now have the honor to be the current Captain.
I have been training and coaching in the off-season for the past four years.
About Us
My name is Carlos Fornaris, from Miami Florida. I have been playing professional hockey for five years. Spending most of my time in the ECHL, last year was my first year with the Rivermen. I have been coaching and training during the off-season for the past four years.
